Summary
As Outlet Manager you will liaise between multiple departments to ensure the success of every group function and model exceptional service and leadership skills among your team.
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service.
- Lead and manage the Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.
- Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally.
- Train supervisors and colleagues as needed.
- Balance operational administrative and colleagues needs.
- Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Work closely with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure all banquet and meeting requirements are in place.
- Manage the outlet budget.
- Follow company policies procedures and service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Other duties as assigned by the F&B department management.
Qualifications :
- Previous leadership experience in food and beverage is required.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
- A university or college degree in a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Must be proficient in at least one of the English Italian or Turkish languages.
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or like experience in highvolume hotel business.
