Job Description
Draft contractual letters and correspondences on demand with clear, concise, and factual content.
Formulate, evaluate, and keep track of project records.
Support in drafting exhaustive claim reports, Variation proposals, & other contractual assessments in a timely fashion.
Support generating and updating contract and claim management reports to business partners and management.
Align overarching & case-specific claiming strategies with Lot Contract Managers and ensure proper implementation.
Support in ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations and proactively identifying events where the company’s rights need to be protected.
