Job Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop shortterm and longterm sales plans based on the companys overall strategic goals. Set market expansion and sales targets allocate sales resources track the sales teams performance regularly review and analyze business and adjust sales strategies.
- Key Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop the companys core clients conduct regular client visits participate in important contract negotiations and promote longterm cooperation and business growth with major clients.
- Team Management and Leadership: Manage the entire sales team set KPIs for the team and oversee performance evaluations.
- Market Analysis and Expansion: Conduct market research monitor competitors and market trends and develop new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in business development sales or strategic planning with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong ability to formulate and execute shortterm and longterm sales strategies aligned with the companys strategic goals.
- Proven experience in setting market expansion targets allocating resources and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Expertise in managing and developing key client relationships participating in highlevel contract negotiations and fostering longterm business growth with major clients.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in setting KPIs and conducting performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Deep understanding of market analysis competitor monitoring and the identification of new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills for strategic decisionmaking based on market trends and business performance.
