Role: Big Data/Java/AWS Consultant
Location : Plano TX (Hybrid role look for nearby candidates)
W2 Candidates $6570/hr
HM Notes :
Big data engineer with AWS experience / Java Python combination of both More emphasis on Java side. Spark EMR and Glue to some extent.
Nice to have Snowflake experience.
Blend of the above skills
2 featured teams with 8 people each. with all levels of experience.
Team is building a new platform for Credit Card data. Great opportunity for candidates that want new development. Can make a big impact with the bank. They are building two scrum teams to work on development for the platform.
Must haves:
Very Strong Java. Looking for true software engineering skill set.
Experience working with large data sets ETL or applications that do highvolume data collection.
Spring Boot
Spark or other large scale data processing
AWS should have S3 EMR and/or Glue. Cert not required but would be expected for 603 level candidate.
RDBMS SQL
Nice to have:
Python / PySpark
Data lake experience
Credit Card application development experience
Snowflake
Terraform
GraphQL
