Overview of the job

We are hiring for an Account Manager to join our UK Client Services team. This role is tasked with delivering best in class client service; executing end to end influencer marketing campaigns across a variety of brands and media agencies with a specific focus on a key seven figure client!

You will report directly to an Account Director assisting client growth and retention under the Director of Client Services.

Measures of success

In the first few months you would have:

  • Been fully onboarded as a new member of the team

  • Embedded yourself within the account and amongst senior members of the brand team

  • Become a trusted and valued voice within the wider agency group who service the account (e.g Media Agency PR Agency Creative Agency etc)

  • Will likely have delivered a least a couple of brand campaigns and be more aligned and attuned to the brand TOV core audience and ways of working

  • Become familiar with our inhouse tools systems and daytoday processes and procedures

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead daytoday campaign tasks across the Account Executives including but not limited to: Creator sourcing negotiation and contracting briefing content vetting golive and reporting

  • Support Account Director in client level communications helping to build and foster strong client relationships manage expectations and share updates and actions

  • Be the driving force on campaign timings creating timelines and ensuring that the client creators and wider team are aware of key milestones and delivery dates

  • Oversee and manage your respective campaigns via our platform Waves ensuring the wider team have accurately uploaded content and organised creator payments.

  • Expert knowledge of the creator community: responsible for building and nurturing relationships with creators and managing comms with creators and talent management agencies.

  • Oversee or help to oversee campaign execution at a client level with support from the Account Director

  • Assist the Account Director on thought provoking creative strategy and campaign execution tactics

  • Write inspiring and creativelycharged creator briefs with occasional virtual briefing sessions with creators/talent managers

  • Lead on creating Post Campaign Analysis reports demonstrating an ability to convert data and campaign insights into key learnings & able to confidently present to clients

  • An exceptional performer and highly organised & effective leader focused on continuously improving client service and delivery for high impact results

What you will need:

  • Several years working in an agency or brand within client services influencer marketing advertising social media and/or creative

  • Experience in account management and creator management

  • Experience in delivering postcampaign analysis

  • Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms

  • High energy and ability to multitask with a real ability to quickly prioritise across several projects

  • A proven team player with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others

  • Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally
