We are looking for a Learning Specialist (Trainer)to design and deliver training programs that enhance the performance and knowledge of sales teams. The Learning Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that teams stay updated with the latest ad strategies tools and best practices driving continuous development and business success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members focused on digital advertising sales techniques and client engagement
- Develop learning materials (e.g. presentations guides manuals) tailored to the needs of sales teams
- Conduct oneonone coaching sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Monitor performance metrics to identify skill gaps and adjust training programs accordingly
- Collaborate with sales leadership and QA teams to align training with business objectives and quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advertising platforms to ensure the team uses the latest tools and strategies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance reviews
- Organize refresher courses and continuous learning initiatives to keep teams motivated and informed
- Support change management processes by training teams on new products tools and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- English language proficiency at C1 level (and higher)
- Knowledge of any of the following languages will be considered as an advantage: Hungarian Romanian Czech / Slovak Russian Polish or German
- 2 years of experience in a training coaching or learning & development role (preferably in sales or digital marketing)
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools
- Proven experience in designing delivering and evaluating training programs
- Excellent presentation facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and engage learners in both group and individual settings
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and elearning tools
- Highly organized selfmotivated and capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment.
