The Business Process Owner (BPO) is accountable for creating sustaining monitoring and advancing global supply chain business processes. This individual will collaborate with the Global Business Process Managers and global site regional stakeholders and DTI to mature business processes share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
This individual will be responsible for achieving the following objectives:
Supporting the PFF (Physical Financial Flows) product teams TM and distribution functions
Collaborate with global network to increase integration share best practices and drive continuous improvement
Support multiple Business Process Managers across key supply chain pillars (Plan Source Deliver Enable) to integrate new transformational capabilities into existing process portfolio and improve existing processes
Create and deliver training content to a global audience (work instructions/guides)
Support system ownership enhancements and administration (Identify test scenarios and ALM execution)
Identify quantify and lead change management efforts with crossfunctional impact across the network
Advise network on issue resolution and best practices

Strong Communication Skills
Ability to connect the dots between business and digital teams
Strong SAP knowledge base (TM Tolling GTS)
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support current Business Processes for Tolling TM GTS run activities
Help test and implement ERP Modernization roadmap
