About the Role
As a Key Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding
relationships with our key clients. You will act as a bridge between our organization and our
clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role offers an
opportunity to grow within our company while gaining valuable experience in account
management.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand clients business objectives to propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing product etc.) to execute account
strategies and meet client needs.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities.
- Monitor account performance analyze data and report on key metrics to
stakeholders.
- Act as a client advocate ensuring their voice is heard within the organization.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors to provide
strategic insights to clients.
Requirements
Must Have Negotiation Skills Strategic Thinking Relationship Building Effective Communicator Proactive.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role with 35 years of
experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
Desirable
- Previous experience in managing a team or leading projects.
- Advanced degree or certifications related to account management or sales.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Fluency in multiple languages especially if working with international clients.

Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of email marketing campaigns. Write and edit email content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives. Segment email lists based on various criteria (e.g., demographics, past behavior). Track and report on email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. A/B test email subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging emails. Maintain email databases and ensure data integrity. Stay updated with email marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
