Job Description
- Responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for the business including management reports financial account statutory audit corporate tax and indirect tax.
- Monitor the daytoday financial operations including monthend closing and review journals posting and reconciliations to ensure accordance to accounting standards.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation and ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements as well as company accounting policies. Maintain formulate and implement accounting and internal control systems policies and procedures to safeguard assets and operations
- Liaise with internal and external auditors statutory bodies tax consultants and other consultants for audit / financial and tax matters.
- Work closely with the Management & Industrial team to achieve the Groups objectives and participate actively in business growth and expansion.
- Assist any other tasks and projects as needed from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in Finance and Accounting / CIMA / ACCA / CPA
- Minimum 5 years related experience.
