Job Title Desktop Support Engineer
Location Bangalore
Experience 5 10 Years
Notice Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:
- Provide Technical Support for Desktop Lotus Dominos mail client and MS office products.
- Installation and troubleshooting of Operating systems (Windows 10).
- Assisting users for any issues in their day to day IT operations.
- Monitoring the pending tickets and ensure regular updates.
- Troubleshooting 1st level Local network related issues.
- Troubleshooting 1st level laptop hardware related issues.
- Monitor the ticket SLAs and act against the SLA warnings.
- Troubleshoot application related issues .
- Configure & update Antivirus software .
- Resolve all Hardware and Paper Jam Issues with respect to Printers .
- Coordinate with Hardware support teams and resolve any hardware failures in the printers .
- Resolve any issues for the print service due to virus in the network.
- Basic understanding on working of Active Directory DNS DHCP.
