Job Description
Job Title Oracle ERP AMS Support Specialist
Location PAN India
Experience 6 12 Years
Notice Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:
Provide daytoday support for Oracle Cloud ERP applications ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
Monitor system performance manage integrations and implement necessary updates or patches.
Collaborate with endusers to gather requirements troubleshoot problems and provide training on Oracle ERP functionality.
Document support processes solutions and best practices to enhance user knowledge and support future training needs.
Assist in system upgrades migrations and integrations with other thirdparty applications.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless operation and integration between Oracle ERP systems.
Participate in testing and validation to mitigate risk and analyze the impact of new releases and patches.
Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations related to data management and security rules.
*Qualifications:*
Oracle Financial Functional experience in supporting Cloud.
Proven experience in Oracle ERP support and maintenance (Oracle EBS Cloud or similar).
Strong understanding of business processes related to finance procurement and supply chain management.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
*Preferred Skills:*
Experience with Oracle Cloud applications.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
