Scope
The National Service Person will undertake various administrative tasks supporting daily operations of the company to exponentially grow revenue.
Responsibilities include
- Support recruitment processes for all roles below management level
- Support in preselection and shortlisting of candidates.
- Manage client relationships to ensure long term retention
- Support business development activities.
- Assist in managing company s social media platforms
- Assist in content writing (articles newsletters etc) for marketing of company services
- Monitor the company s website and advise on any abnormalities or improvements
- Assist in administrative duties such as responding to calls drafting letters and correspondence etc
- Using social media and company s website to advertise positions attract and build relationship with candidates.
Requirements
- A Bachelor s degree or HND in Human Resource/Business Administration.
- Working knowledge in MS Office suite
- Excellent attention to details
- Must possess good organizational & communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Competencies
Results Oriented Influencer Strong organizational skills Confident Communicator.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance Should have worked at least three years in a similar role Strong systems skills with knowledge of Quick Books accounting software. Highly numerate/ strong analytical skills Strong understanding of the month end, accounts payable & receivable process. Good communication and interpersonal capabilities with both internal and external stakeholders
