We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Change Manager / Change Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizational development and have a strong foundation in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting change initiatives analysing organizational needs and ensuring effective implementation of change strategies across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement within the organization.
- Analyse the impact of proposed changes on various teams and stakeholders.
- Gather and interpret data to inform change management strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate communication and understanding of change initiatives.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and training sessions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Support the development and execution of change management plans.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of change processes including plans reports and stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare regular updates for senior management on the status and effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Assist in creating training materials and resources to support employees through change.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to teams and individuals during the transition process.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Completion of a Change Management course or module is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in change management organizational development or a related field.
- Proven track record of supporting change initiatives in a corporate or organizational setting.
