Job Description
Open position: ERP PreSales Manager (IT Consultingbased Company)
Key responsibilities include:
- Works with sales management to fully qualify and manage the delivery of PreSales Proof of Concept/Value engagements
- Makes decisions for team in support of company goals and objectives; referring to upper management on major issues
- Directly manages day to day activities of presales staff and sales support activities
- Ensures presales team participation in activities that provide a strong transition to postsales process and customer adoption
- Provide formal oral and written feedback to your team members during semiannual performance management reviews
- Responsible for the growth and motivation of team members based on defined development plans
- Monitor the development activities for your team members toward their industry and solution learning goals
- Prior experience in having led as a program / project manager or worked as a team lead in SAP project implementations
- A team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
