Position: Business Head.
Role Overview:
The Business Head will be responsible for the overall management growth and profitability of our SaaS division. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving business success. The Business Head will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that will expand our market presenceenhance customer satisfaction and achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
o Implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the
company s vision and goals.
Revenue Growth:
o Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition upselling and
crossselling to existing customers across 3 segments:
License based revenue from manufacturers who use the platform
Primary sales margins between buying and selling products to
wholesalers and distributors
Interest on BNPL paylater loans
Customer Success:
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the customer
success team and managing relationships with manufacturers and other
business partners.
Product Management:
o Work closely with the product development team to ensure the SaaS
offerings meet market needs.
o Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to guide product
development.
Operational Excellence:
o Streamline operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
o Implement best practices in sales marketing and customer service.
o Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Team Leadership:
o Build lead and mentor a highperforming team.
o Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
o Ensure the professional development and growth of team members.
Financial Management:
o Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
o Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as
needed.
o Report on key metrics and performance indicators to the executive team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor& degree in business Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent
advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within the SaaS industry
with a focus on B2B markets.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models sales cycles and customer
success strategies.
Excellent strategic thinking analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional leadership and teambuilding abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple
priorities.
Requirements:
Experience:
o Proven experience (812 years) in leadership roles within SaaS or
software businesses.
o Strong track record of driving business growth revenue generation and
operational efficiency in a SaaS environment.
o Experience managing crossfunctional teams and scaling businesses
ideally from startup to growth stage.
Skills:
o Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a deep understanding
of the SaaS model and key industry metrics (ARR LTV CAC etc.).
o Excellent leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated
ability to build and lead highperforming teams.
o Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P & L and make data
driven decisions.
o Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management
skills.
o Strong understanding of product development customer experience and
technology trends in the SaaS space.
Education:
o Bachelor s degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
o MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
