In this role you ll support the Developer team by mastering system processes attending fortnightly standups to share insights and participating in weekly meetings with Account Managers to align objectives. You ll also help maintain existing smaller clients and serve as a secondary point of contact for customer service inquiries.

Laying the Foundation: What Youll Construct
Key Responsibilities:
- Be proficient in system processes and procedures staying informed on updates and changes.
- Attend fortnightly Sales Executive standups across all states to share learnings and enhance team efficiency.
- Participate in weekly meetings with Account Managers to align on and support their weekly objectives.
- Help maintain relationships with smaller clients providing support alongside Account Managers.
- Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients and Customer Support regarding customer service inquiries.
- Proactively support Account Managers with tasks including but not limited to contract preparation building media schedules and creating sales collateral.
- Provide regular subscription reporting and endofcampaign reports as required.
- Supply analysis and data to Account Managers to support ROI discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Campaign Managers to optimize campaigns and meet client expectations.
- Report on available inventory weekly.
- Identify and highlight additional revenue opportunities as they arise.
- Manage image and brand reputation effectively.
- Participate in the training of new products as needed.

Requirements
Building Blocks: What You Bring to the Table
- 2 years of experience in a similar role supporting a busy sales team such as in customer success or account management
- Experience in onboarding clients
- Excellent English communication skills (audio or video recording submission required)
- Tertiary education in Marketing Communications or Business (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of media processes and strategies (ideal)
- Experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs specifically Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to approach challenging situations with a solutionsfocused mindset
- Capacity to work productively in a fastpaced and agile environment (#gsd look it up on Urban Dictionary!)
