The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Scharlabs products to both assigned and new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential new customers schedule sales appointments with them.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers via phone email or in person to introduce our products.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain relationships with customers to establish trust and drive sales.
- Selling Product Benefits: Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Creating Proposals: Write quotes and proposals for new and existing customers based on their needs.
- Maintaining a Database: Use a CRM system to track customer interactions and sales.
- Closing Sales: Persuade customers to purchase products or services.
- Achieving Targets: Meet sales targets set by the business in terms of units sold revenue or discounts within a specified period.
- Upselling and CrossSelling: Persuade customers to upgrade their products or purchase additional products.
- Market Research: Monitor the competitor market to understand how other products and services compare to ours.
- Reporting: Maintain regular reports for sales managers detailing goals customers visited sales and prospective clients.
- Networking: Represent the company at events and conferences to promote products or services and regularly visit customers.
- Maintaining Product Knowledge: Keep an expert knowledge of Scharlab products including updates and variations.
- Teamwork: Assist other departments as needed including finance customer service and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Certifications: Must be a registered chemist with the appropriate certification.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino both oral and written.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
- Personal Attributes: Good communication and relationship management skills confidence resilience strong negotiation skills industry and product knowledge and proven sales ability.

Additional Information:
Scharlabs headquarters is located in Quezon City but the assigned area will be La Laguna or the south of Manila. The Sales Executive will be required to travel to the office once a week.
