Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Company Secretary Trainee to join our team for articleship. The trainee will gain practical experience in corporate governance compliance and statutory obligations supporting the company secretarial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Board Meeting Documents: Assist in the creation of agendas proposals and checklists for board meetings ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers: Regularly update and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Preparation and Filing of Forms: Handle the preparation and filing of various forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) as well as applications for Trade Marks PAN TAN and drafting Debenture Agreements.
- Regulatory Compliance: File forms and documents with regulatory authorities ensuring all submissions are accurate and timely under the supervision of Senior Executives/Analysts.
- Document and Form Preparation: Assist in the drafting and preparation of necessary documents and forms for compliance and governance.

Qualifications:
- Completion of Executive Development Program (EDP)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with corporate governance practices.
