Job Description

The impact you will have:School psychologists in San Jos Unified collaborate with students staff families and other support providers to inspire our students to discover their own greatness. As a member of our Special Education team our School Psychologists perform assessments set student goals and participate in IEP meetings. A more detailed job description is available

Who you are:A reliable professional who is relentlessly committed to student success. You work well independently as well as within a team. You have outstanding communication skills and effectively collaborate with students staff families and our community.

What you bring:

  • Resume and Letter of Introduction outlining desire and qualifications for this position
  • Two (2) letters of reference from prior supervisors
  • Transcripts of your undergraduate degree and graduate degrees if applicable. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for application purposes only.
  • If you are an international applicant you will need to submit a transcript evaluation that will state what your degree is equivalent to in California. Please clickhereto view approved agencies.
  • Pupil Personnel Services: Psychology credential attachment should include document number assigned by the CTC. Clickhereto see an example.
  • Please submit a redacted psychoeducational report that you have written for our review. If you have not written a formal psychoeducational report please submit a sample report from your coursework.
