Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Team Member to join our dynamic mental health clinic. The Clinical Team Member will ensure the delivery of highquality care to our clients. The successful candidate will possess clinical expertise and a passion for promoting mental health.
This role is hybrid or inperson. Must be open to at least 50% inperson.

- Are licensed or license eligible in the State of Massachusetts. We have weekly consultation meetings to support our clinical team members and offer supervision toward licensure at no cost for our license eligible team members.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field. Licensure as an independent clinician in Massachusetts is required.
- PhD PsyD LMHC LMFT LICSW etc. are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of evidencebased therapeutic approaches and interventions for various mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in mental health practice.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the field.
- Empathy cultural competence and a genuine passion for promoting mental health and wellbeing.
