An exciting opportunity to join the Qatar Airways Group Medical Department as Clinical Psychologist Assistant. The role under the supervision of the Senior Clinical psychologist performs paraprofessional work to assist the in-house Clinical Psychologist/s in their clinical duties. Creates and delivers awareness and preventive sessions across the business. Creates regular statistical reports to measure psychological services.
Your duties would include:
• Consolidate administer standard psychological assessments report , including questionnaires, self-report measures, rating scales, direct and in-direct observation as directed by the Clinical psychologist.
• Participate on multi-disciplinary meetings and Intake review meetings to note minutes and provide action points of the psychology team, ensuring all psychological services are actioned on timely manner.
• Gather and collate client data and Psychologist service records for future research activities.
• Create monthly statistical reports of psychology service by charting out updates and trends.
• Create educational and awareness material in the form of brochures, toolkits or training programs for overall QR Group in consultation with Clinical Psychology team.
• Delivery of mental health talks as preventive and awareness measures to all business segments.
• Assist Senior Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist in ongoing projects to fulfil Psychology department objectives by involving to assign Psychology project and provide familiarization and training sessions that aligned with QRMC overall guidelines.
• Coordinate with other departments, to obtain employee performance-based feedback as directed by the Clinical Psychologist, in order to complete and process further psychologist assessment.
• Responsible for the administrative task from the Psychology team, include appointment scheduling, clinical coordination with Clinical Psychologist and Consultant Psychiatrist ensuring appropriate care is provided on time.
• Establish & maintain confidential filing system, categorize and maintain manuals, sensitive correspondence & correspondence & other source material.
