Our client is looking for an Business/Transaction Manager to join our growing team based in Cambridge, They are happy to interview Senior/Sales Executive who are looking for the step up. Training can be given to the right minded individual.
This client has good vehicle stock and prides itself on having a good range. You will be a key part of a large but cohesive team, and you'll be tasked with the finance packages aspect of the car sales process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To facilitate the selling of vehicles and to maximise profitability through the sale of finance packages and insurance products to customers.
- To control and monitor customer database, ensuring that all information is being entered, updated and used correctly.
- Provide support and guidance with regards to the sales process to Sales Executives.
- Support and liaise with Handover Specialists prior to customers collecting their vehicles.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
- You must be able to adapt to each customer and ensure the finance package is tailored to their individual needs
- High motivation levels, with excellent communication and administration skills and have the ability to work well under pressure
- Skilled at creating an environment in which your team can thrive and perform in.
- A professional approach with the ability to coach others.
- Highly organised, attention to detail and able to prioritise.
- Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible approach to work.
- Experience of proposals for loan decisions on a daily basis through a variety of means including credit scoring, credit history, affordability analysis.
- Experience of delivering a customer centred product or service.
