What you will be doing:
- Lead and supervise the daytoday operations of Club Millesime to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Greet checkin respond to requests and settle accounts for VIP guests providing exceptional service at every step of the journey
- Deliver established food & beverage service sequences bringing your personalised flair to each guest encounter
- Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through upselling
- Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalise service
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role within a luxury property
- Prior experience working with Windows Microsoft Office Suite and Opera or a related PMS system. POS experience is an asset.
- Strong service skills with confidence in all aspects of service
- Availability across a variety of shifts including breakfast and evening service periods across week day weekends and public holidays
- Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities and the ability to lead by example
