Responsible for assistance with managing group bookings of 10 rooms or more that do not require catering (with the exception of breakfast and group dinner booking).
Preparation of group information sheets (group movements) and briefing of Hotel stakeholder prior to arrival of group.
Manage group payments cancellations rooming lists terms and conditions.
Maintains control of guest history and report to the Group Reservations Executive and Reservations Manager
Ensures a clear line of communication with other departments for special requests or other reservationrelated matters.
Assisting FIT Reservations team to ensure all Reservations check list accurately actioned within the same working days
Assisting FIT Reservations team to answer all call promptly using specific greeting for hotels
Assisting FIT Reservations team to process and input FIT and corporate reservations following hotel policy.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in hotel reservations preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Hotel PMS systems such as Opera and Opera Cloud are favourable.
