You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare cook and serve will leave our guests wanting more. As Sous Chef you will provide handson supervision of the restaurant ensuring a consistently highquality product. You will maintain the highest hygiene standards to meet Health & Safety regulations. By actively sharing ideas and suggestions you will help improve the kitchen environment and menus. Managing food costs through careful preparation service and storage of food will also be crucial in your role.
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role within highend dining operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a diverse team
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
- Proven experience in leading training and developing teams
