Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Fairmont Mumbais preopening team you will play a pivotal role in establishing our digital presence and driving online engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness attract potential guests and drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platforms analytics and trends along with a passion for hospitality and luxury experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the Fairmont Mumbai brand including SEO/SEM email social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize hotel website content and user experience (UX) to improve traffic engagement and conversion rates.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) to monitor website performance and make datadriven decisions.
  • Oversee social media strategy and content calendar ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive direct bookings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to keep Fairmont Mumbai ahead of the competition.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies vendors and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Technologies or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing roles within the hospitality or luxury industry with a track record of successful campaigns and driving revenue.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM PPC social media email marketing and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and methodologies to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Creative thinker with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
