Qualifications :
We are seeking an exceptional full time Chef de Partie (Hot Section) (Conference and Events)
- Must have several years of experience working in a high volume 5star Luxury Hotel (hotsection) Conference and Events environment
- Ability to demonstrate advanced CDP skills
- A team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
- Skilled in using commercialgrade kitchen equipment
- Supervision and preparation of established recipes
- Maintain high levels of communication between ExecutiveChef /SousChefs and Chef de Parties at all times in particular ensuring special messages/requests are dealt with promptly .
- Operate in accordance to HACCP standards at all times.
- Full Australian working rights are required.
- 38 Hours weekly rotating roster; hourly pay rate per Restaurant Industry Award.
