Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join the team as our Chef de Partie (Hot Section) for Conferencing and Events!


Qualifications :

We are seeking an exceptional full time Chef de Partie (Hot Section) (Conference and Events)

  • Must have several years of experience working in a high volume 5star Luxury Hotel (hotsection) Conference and Events environment  
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced CDP skills 
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
  • Skilled in using commercialgrade kitchen equipment
  • Supervision and preparation of established recipes 
  • Maintain high levels of communication between ExecutiveChef /SousChefs and Chef de Parties at all times in particular ensuring special messages/requests are dealt with promptly .
  • Operate in accordance to HACCP standards at all times.
  • Full Australian working rights are required. 
  • 38 Hours weekly rotating roster; hourly pay rate per Restaurant Industry Award.
