Qualifications :
We are seeking an exceptional full time Hotel Club Chef de Partie and Demi Chef!
- Must have several years of experience working in a high volume 5star Luxury Hotel Club food offering
- Ability to demonstrate advanced food standards
- Previous experience preparing highend Black Tie canaps alongside a SousChef and Executive Chef .
- A team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
- Skilled in using commercialgrade kitchen equipment
- Supervision and preparation of all baked goods pastries and desserts in accordance with established recipes
- Maintain high levels of communication between SousChefs and Chef de Parties at all times in particular ensuring special messages/requests are dealt with promptly
- Operate in accordance to HACCP standards at all times
- Full Australian Working Rights required.
- 38 Hours weekly rotating roster hourly pay rate per Restaurant Industry Award .
