Reporting to the Director of Sales you will assist the department to drive growth support the C&E Team and join a culture of guest focused professionals. You will be:
- Responsible for securing new business and growing share from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with partners to drive conversion.
- Work with internal stakeholders to overachieve on budgeted revenue.
- Implement a personal sales call plan program with regular follow up on effectiveness changing and adapting where appropriate to respond to market business needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Business or similar preferred
- 3 years experience in a proactive sales role within a similar environment
- Natural connection maker as you build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven success in a fastpaced Sales role
- Demonstrated experience handling high volume and managing competing deadlines
- Proactive approach to securing new business
- Experience in the hospitality/hotel/travel industry is high desirable.
