F&B Guest Experience Executive French Brasserie
- Greets guests and escorts them to the table seating
- Manage waiting list
- Offer appropriate seating arrangements
- Make reservation arrangements
- Ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Observe proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times
- Assist waiters and head waiters when needed
- Manage eventrelated work including setting up tables and maintaining both the exterior and interior of the outlet.
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customers expectations
- Handles guest problems and complaints
- Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort)
- Good communication skills preferably Russian speaker
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customeroriented with a positive attitude and smiling face
- Friendly and approachable
- Cooperative and selfgiving team player
- Ability and willingness to perform under stress
- Positive and high energy level
- A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure needs are met
