What youll do
We are looking for an experienced Baker to join the preopening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head Baker you will:
- Produce bakery goods of the highest quality and standard using authentic methods and techniques shaping by hand and always one step ahead of industry trends; youll be a key part of a winning team that creates truly exceptional dining experiences
- Craft a range of breads rolls baguettes bun dough scones laminate dough pastry and cakes with creativity and flair developing delicious combinations of taste and texture.
- Continuously develop and innovate the product range youll work with our Head Baker on ideas and techniques which make our kitchen a creative everchanging environment.
- Make sure our operation run without hitch our service preparation is smooth and our food hygiene standards are skyhigh.
- Working to tight deadlines youll rise to the challenge with a positive attitude and approach
Qualifications :
