What you will be doing:
- The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Front Desk PBX Guest Services Bell Door Concierge and Night Audit.
- Lead coach and set clear goals and expectations for Ambassadors.
- Ensure that the level of customer service delivered to the guest is consistent with our Sofitel Luxury Standards.
- Seamlessly integrate Front Office Operations with Sofitel internal departments (i.e. Food and Beverage Catering and Sales etc.)
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Candidate must possess a minimum twoyear experience in an upscale hotel as a Front Office Manager along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fouryear degree from a Hotel Management school or Business school.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; second language a plus French preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication organizational and computer skills.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
- Assist with additional projects or requests as needed.
