You will be exposed to all ACCOR Hotels Worldwide!

What you will be doing:

  • The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operations of the Front Desk PBX Guest Services Bell Door Concierge and Night Audit.  
  • Lead coach and set clear goals and expectations for Ambassadors.  
  • Ensure that the level of customer service delivered to the guest is consistent with our Sofitel Luxury Standards.
  • Seamlessly integrate Front Office Operations with Sofitel internal departments (i.e. Food and Beverage Catering and Sales etc.)

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Candidate must possess a minimum twoyear experience in an upscale hotel as a Front Office Manager along with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.  
  • Fouryear degree from a Hotel Management school or Business school.  
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; second language a plus French preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication organizational and computer skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
  • Assist with additional projects or requests as needed.
