Performs accurate checkins and checkouts of guests daily and ensures accurate billing accuracy before presentation.
Provides personalized assistance to Fairmont Gold guests including but not limited to and ensuring complete set up of the boardroom.
Remains observant and respond to each Guest who approaches the Fairmont Gold desk.
Qualifications :
Graduate of a degree in hospitality or any related field is an asset.
Minimum of one (1) year relevant working experience in a luxury hotel.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with guests and all levels of employees.
