- Respond to phone calls emails and messages from customers regarding reservations and inquiries.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate options based on their needs and preferences.
- Input and update reservation details accurately in the system.
- Provide information about available services promotions and special offers.
- Modify or cancel reservations as needed ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. sales front desk) to meet customer needs.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional courteous manner.
- Maintain an organized and uptodate record of customer interactions and bookings.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding reservations and payments
