Are you a night owl with a passion for Hospitality
Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking an enthusiastic Overnight Hotel All Rounder to bring their skills to our vibrant hotel. You will be the goto person across Housekeeping Kitchen and Front Office ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience from the moment they walk in.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and clean public areas of the hotel
- Prepare cook and deliver ordered meals/snacks
- Ensure guests are attended to promptly and efficiently in a professional manner and without delay
- Provide passionate and friendly service to external and internal guests
- Ensure security policy and procedures are maintained and adhered to
Qualifications :
The desired candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong ability to provide exceptional service and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and positive attitude
- Effective problemsolving skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work across different departments taking on varied tasks and responsibilities
- Familiarity with hotel management software (i.e. Opera)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Hold a valid QLD RSA (Response Service of Alcohol) certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts including weekends with minimal supervision
