Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently ensuring high standards of service.
- Assist with setting up the Bittersweet/ Lobby Lounge including table arrangements and preparation for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Lobby Lounge at all times.
- Monitor guest needs and proactively attend to requests to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist in handling guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- A friendly positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays.
- Must be fluent in Thai; English language skills are a plus.
- Team player with a keen attention to detail.
