Job Description
- Oversee daytoday operations of the spa ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling facility management and health and safety regulations compliance
- Hire train and manage spa staff including therapists receptionists and maintenance workers to ensure highquality service
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
- Develop and manage the spas budget including setting financial goals monitoring expenditures and implementing plans to increase profitability
- Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve social media marketing special packages and partnerships
- Manage the spa supplies products and equipment inventory maintain adequate stock levels and order new supplies as necessary
- Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
- Develop longterm goals and business strategies for the spa identify growth and expansion opportunities and incorporate industry trends and innovations
- Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards including cleanliness and hygiene
- Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand
Qualifications :
- Degree or certification in hospitality management business administration or related field
- Five years of work experience as a spa manager or similar role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Understand and create financial reports budgeting and marketing strategies
