Job Description
ERP Savvy is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Team Lead with expertise in one or more of the following modules: EWM FICO SD MM PP or QM. The ideal candidate will lead our SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects manage a dynamic team and drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee and mentor a team of SAP consultants and developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions that meet business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments.
- Conduct training sessions for endusers and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA Team Lead.
- Expertise in one or more SAP modules: EWM FICO SD MM PP QM.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4 HANA certification.
- Experience in various industries such as manufacturing retail and logistics.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points.
