Job Title: Technical Program Manager (Logistics)

Role: Managing cross functional projects across Logistics domain (Warehouse Management DC Operations Final Mile & Transportation projects and Returns)
Responsibilities:
Use standard lifecycle program management methodologies
Utilize project management tools like JIRA Rally
Lead business requirement discussions for Supply Chain and Logistics systems
Understand and manage activities for out of the box configuration and customized extensions in WMOS system
Manage integration touchpoints between WMOS and other systems
Manage development and QA of Microservices based interfaces
Manage messaging/error logging and performance monitoring mechanisms using AppDynamics
Manage development and QA of transactional and analytical reports for supply chain and logistics systems
Perform financial management of the project: budgeting & forecasting cost benefit analysis etc.
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Develop project quality control policy procedures and communication plans
Communicate project information to all project team members sponsors vendors and Technology managers
Anticipate strategic impact to projects and coordinate with appropriate parties
Establish motivate and lead highperformance crossfunctional teams
Build effective partnerships within the organization
Coordinate with potential product vendors
Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Applications or equivalent work experience
10 years of Project/Program management experience
8 years relevant experience in Logistics Supply Chain and Retail
Technical understanding of Logistics IT systems design and architecture
Experience with technical developers in making progress on technical deliverables
Experience in Large Programs delivery management in the Retail and/or Logistics space
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems like Manhattan or relevant packages
Experience integrating systems on multiplatform
Ability to create Roadmaps/Flight Plans for projects
Understanding and proficiency of project management methodology/tools including Jira Rally
Certification in SAFe and any other relevant Agile proficiency area is preferred
Strong team collaboration facilitation communication and influence skills
Strong analytical abilities and interest to use data and metrics to back up recommendations prioritization and drive actions
Strong drive towards execution
Location Preference is North Point Office. Hybrid to San Jose office may be considered.
