Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects for client in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of SAP experience including at least 5 years managing largescale transformation and implementation projects. Expertise in SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA and experience with both agile (SAP Activate) and ASAP methodologies is essential. This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects of varying complexity on time within budget and to highquality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on time within budget and to highquality standards meeting customer expectations.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans adjusting milestones and resources as needed for successful project execution.
- Conduct regular monitoring of project progress reconciling with baseline plans.
- Maintain and track risks issues and followup on closure actions.
- Oversee project closure activities including financial reconciliations.
- Implement Agile Project Management practices (core Agile principles and ASAP) to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Ensure quality control at all stages minimizing errors in deliverables.
- Manage changes to the project baseline handle change requests and secure necessary approvals.
