We are looking for a After Sales Account Manager North to strengthen our team. The core mission of this role is to build new customer relationships and maintain existing ones within the energy production sector with a focus on the maritime industry. Key responsibilities
- As After Sales Account Manager North you are responsible for the commercial relationship between our company and our export clients primarily for spare parts for marine engines.
- You ensure that our existing customers have access to the necessary parts and services on time.
- A significant portion of your time will be spent identifying new markets following up on customer leads and advising potential export clients on spare parts.
- Daily tasks include preparing quotes answering calls understanding customer needs offering solutions and monitoring the competition.
- You will translate customer needs to our internal teams and hand over sales opportunities in a structured way to the operational teams.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in a technicalcommercial field.
- Fluent in Dutch and English with a good command of French.
- Interest in engines and a technical background.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role focusing on technical sales.
- Excellent sales communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain an overview and stay calm in challenging situations.
- Always communicate professionally even in difficult circumstances.
