Application Analyst
What youll do:
- Support and maintain local MES services: data accuracy integrity and availability.
- Create downtime weekly/monthly KPI. Create traceability queries reports and inquiries.
- Follow up analysis and configuration plant new launches.
- Follow up and analysis of possible new MES projects and improvements.
- Lead related activities including those assign to third parties (internal/external).
- Maintain Service Net Local MES IT incidents and request assign incidents and priorities to all MES local team members.
- MES applications troubleshoot and ManIT map debugging.
- Support groups in division in case is necessary.
- Monitoring database and MES application servers servers indicators and application logs.
- Responsible to apply AS4 AS244 standards to MES system and foster when is partially implemented.
- Follow up MES backup processes. Maintains MES local equipment life cycle and maintenance process.
- Create weekly and monthly KPI for local service delivery and ontime performance
What is required:
- Information systems computer science degree or equivalent preferred
- 13 years of experience or more in traceability support in manufacturing environment
- Oracle administration (desired)
- PL/SQL fundamentals (mandatory)
