Job Description
- Ensures timely and seamless service when dealing with guest requests providing proactive knowledgeable engaged service to all Guests.
- Handles transportation accounts and billings and ensures all Concierge equipment is accounted for and is in good working condition.
- Recommends hotel services facilities and products such as hotel loyalty program and other marketing programs.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
- Excellent communication presentation and knowledge of the local area such as attractions landmarks and events.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera and MS Office Applications.
