Job Description
- Manage and process all reservations via phone email and online platforms with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the revenue lead to ensure that all rates and channels are optimised to maximise hotel performance
- Work closely with hotel operational teams to ensure effective communication leading to seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services room types rates and promotions to effectively assist guests.
- Utilise our reservation system to track bookings and update guest information as necessary.
- Assist in upselling hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
About you:
- Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Demonstrated ability and passion to deliver exceptional guest service over the phone and face to face
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills
