WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Prepare misen place as required
- Participate in creating various exciting menu items
- Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure all equipment is maintained
Qualifications :
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Trade qualified (minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery) and have relevant experience in a similar role
- A genuine passion for food and displaying very high standards of production and presentation
- A working understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- The capacity to multi task and cope well under pressure
- Availability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands.
- A reliable colleague who genuinely enjoys those early morning starts!
