Job Description
As our Apprentice Chef youll be essential in preparing cooking and presenting exceptional dishes for our landmark resort. Youll also monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards. This role offers handson experience in various kitchen operationsincluding pastry inroom dining and our convention centrewhile you learn from a dedicated team focused on your career growth.

Qualifications :
- TAFE attendance is essential
- Understanding of food safety requirements
- Serviceoriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Full working rights required; sponsorship is not available
