Job Description
Our Front Office team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests and as a Porter your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests
- Carrying luggage
- Valet parking guest vehicles
- Escorting guests to their rooms
- Explaining hotel facilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance
- Delivering amenities and other items to guest rooms
- Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
- Ability to work a flexible 7day roster including AM and PM shifts.
You will also be wellpresented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus:
- Ability to lift sometimes heavy luggage
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to provide prompt and efficient service including upselling advantageous
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- C Class Drivers Licence (manual)
