Job Description
Position Overview:
This role provides comprehensive Information Technology support across the organization and reports directly to the Software Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Model plan and troubleshoot Cisco networks.
- Assist users with hardware software and telephone issues.
- Maintain and administer FortiGate Firewalls.
- Ensure network security.
- Manage cloud networks particularly with Microsoft Azure.
- Install and support local area networks (LAN) and internet systems.
- Administer server software applications.
- Manage Webex Telephone systems.
- Administer Cisco UCS data center.
- Oversee VMWare virtual servers.
- Administer Datto backups.
- Complete administrative tasks duties and reports promptly.
- Perform other duties as required by the business.
- Maintain employee confidentiality.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety food safety feed safety and sanitation rules and programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2year AS degree in IT Administration Network Administration or a related field; BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with Cisco networks (CCNA certification) Cisco telephone systems and VMWare is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Teamoriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with all employees.
