You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar ensuring an exceptional guest experience and managing a dedicated team of bar heartists.
As the new Bar Manager you will be responsible to support the opening menu planning promoting and maintaining highest standard in professional management of the bar.
Manage and maintain the bars financial records liquor inventories processes controls as well as spearheading promotional campaigns to drive business.
Accountable for enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently. Inspire and lead our bar team to deliver personalised service that exceeds expectations ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.
Qualifications :
High school diploma with 4 years progressive work experience in the food and beverage department highvolume bar and related professional area OR 2year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management Restaurant Management Hospitality and Business Administration.
Excellent leadership skills having strong multicultural awareness.
Candidate with solid experience working within the Doha market as a Bar Manager is a must.
Solid knowledge of bar inventory management and ordering processes.
