Job Title : Senior/Junior Application Consultant
Job Purpose
- Implement & perform module setup for Rymnet HRMS
- Conduct requirement study training & UAT session
- Coordinate with internal Tech Development team on Customization
- Provide support to end user to troubleshoot technical and functional issues
Principal Accountabilities
- Ensure project deliver according to the agreed timeline & scope
- Ensure all control document is properly documented
- Ensure the result is correct for Parallel Run & UAT
- Support coordinate and feedback to client within SLA
- Ensure accurate handover to Customer Support upon Client readiness.
Job Requirement
- Bachelors Degree and above in Computing and Software Development
- related.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft software.
- At least 1 year in full cycle web application development
Preferred (added advantage):
- Programming knowledge
- IT System logical process and flow
- Familiarity with HR Management System
- Good Networking with external customers
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
- SQL knowledge
- Basic understanding of Cloud Infrastructure
